Technically DVT is on crown land. Therefore, we can actually build jumps there legally, as thye crown represents us, the people. You can take the jumps down, but we have the full right to put them back up again, unless the governing parks authority decides that we are not allowed to build jumps there, likely for reasons:

A) That they are unsafe.
B) That they excessively disturb the wildlife.

Due to the small size of DVT this is unlikely to happen, as the governing parks authority is not going to waste their time and manpower to tell some kids to take down a single set of jumps.

Also we are currently not in any violations of bylaws that I know of, so we are in the green there as well
